Winner of numerous beauty contests, model Gabriela Clesca has found a way to balance her career with taking care of herself and finding moments of true happiness.

You have won several beauty contests, is this something you have dreamt of since you were a child?
Not really. When I was little, my passion was dance, and I dreamed of becoming a professional ballet dancer. I participated in my first pageant at the age of 17, competing against older, more experienced contestants. At the time, I wasn&rsquo;t certain I had what it took, but winning that competition gave me the confidence to pursue pageantry further. That moment made me realize that my potential and purpose extended far beyond what I had initially envisioned and God was setting me on a path to something much greater.

If possible, tell us more about your family, the people who play an important role in your life?
Two individuals, in particular, have profoundly influenced my life. My mother, first and foremost, has been my constant source of motivation and inspiration. I always strive to make her proud, and her unwavering faith and prayers have, in many ways, guided and protected me throughout my journey. Additionally, my grandfather has played an equally pivotal role. He has served as both a father figure and a role model, and his achievements have always inspired me. As a lawyer, university professor, and founder of his own school, his intellect, work ethic, and dedication to education have left a lasting impact on me. I attribute much of my own discipline and drive to the values he instilled in me from a young age.

Speaking of clothes and image, how much do you allow stylists to change your look, your image?
As someone with a genuine love for fashion, I value versatility in my style. Ultimately, I believe my wardrobe should exude strength and elegance of a powerful, feminine woman. While ensuring that my image remains true to who I am.
Tell us, how do you keep yourself in shape on a daily basis, what do you pay attention to the most?
To stay in shape, I prioritize regular exercise and staying active. I work out three times a week with a professional trainer, focusing on a mix of Pilates and boxing, which help me build strength and endurance. I also enjoy hiking as a way to stay active outdoors. Maintaining a clean, balanced diet is equally important to me. I focus on organic foods, including plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins, while ensuring I stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Interestingly, I don&rsquo;t keep juice or alcohol at home &mdash; you'll only find water.

What are your beauty habits?
I prioritize maintaining a healthy body through regular exercise and a balanced diet, focusing on organic foods. I also follow a consistent skincare routine, with an emphasis on using SPF to protect my skin. Taking care of both my body and skin is essential to feeling and looking my best.
Very often success in beauty contests opens the door to a career in modelling, film and TV&amp;. Was any of this your dream?
Competing in pageants has indeed opened many doors, particularly in the modelling industry. I&rsquo;ve had the privilege of working with various brands, artists, and companies, which has been an incredible experience. Pageantry has also given me the opportunity to travel the world and meet amazing people who have positively impacted my life. Currently, my focus is on building a successful career as an actress, and I&rsquo;m committed to pursuing that dream.

What does a woman need to feel beautiful?
I believe a woman needs to connect with herself to truly feel beautiful. Beauty comes from within &mdash; it&rsquo;s rooted in the heart and soul, and it radiates through a woman&rsquo;s eyes and energy. If a woman feels beautiful, others will see her beauty as well. It&rsquo;s important to take time for self-care, doing things that bring joy and fulfillment. There&rsquo;s something magical about seeing a happy woman &mdash; she glows, and that glow is powerful and contagious. Ultimately, beauty is less about physical appearance and more about the aura you project and the confidence you carry.
