A New Restaurant in Hudson Yards, New York
We already know that Hudson Yards in NY is one of the most beautiful and expensive neighbourhoods in the world. It houses a variety of offices, galleries, shops, private apartments, and restaurants from world-renowned chefs, such as Thomas Keller, David Chang, and Ferran and Albert Adrià. A new gastronomic space is bound to become a sensation, not just for the food, but for its location.
The Peak, a very appropriate name for the new establishment, will be located on the top floor of the tallest skyscraper, occupying the whole 101st floor. The venue, scheduled to open in March 2020, is billed as a café, bar, and event space and will be the highest observation deck in the Western Hemisphere, at over 2,000 square meters at 1,131 meters above the ground.
Details about the menu have not yet been disclosed, but it is rumoured to have Asian influences. In a press release, it was announced that the restaurant would offer a unique social dining experience. However, the restaurant is not accepting reservations yet.
