Peter Do Is The New Creative Director Of Helmut Lang
An elective affinity between the young designer and the famous New York brand, symbol of 90s minimalism is the beginning of a new creative partnership.
Starting from 15 May 2023, the young and promising Peter Do will take over the reins of Helmut Lang. Peter Do has in fact been appointed creative director of Helmut Lang and will oversee both men's and women's collections. His debut Spring/Summer 2024 collection will be presented during New York Fashion Week in September.
Peter Do will work in the Helmut Lang design studio located at Fast Retailing's Design and Innovation Center in New York City

Peter's affinity for Helmut Lang began during his formative years at FIT, the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. “No one has embodied radical thinking more than Helmut Lang. It is a great honor for me to be commissioned to usher in the next chapter of Helmut Lang's legacy. I am excited to learn from the foundations on which this house rests and to continue creating new clothes and energetic, that inspire people to challenge their understanding of what it is possible to express through individuality,” said Peter Do.
