If anyone knows how to maneuver the chaos that happens backstage at fashion shows, it&rsquo;s Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, Peter Phillips. The iconic makeup veteran has seen his share of behind-the-scenes antics, where he&rsquo;s responsible for changing faces (and lots of them) in mere minutes. Which is why he worked to create the ultimate &ldquo;survival kit&rdquo; in the form of Dior Backstage.

&quot;I redesigned all the indispensable items in my makeup bag, both for makeup artists and for every woman who wants a professional result with intuitive products and easy-to-use tools,&rdquo; Phillips shared with us.&nbsp;Launched just last week at <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/dior-cruise-2019" target="_blank">Dior Cruise</a>, the collection includes a revamped formula of its Face and Body Foundation, only now in 40 different shades, some of which have undertones of rose, olive, and yellow.

Diversity in makeup has long been an issue for women of color, but thanks to the trailblazing efforts of Rihanna and Fenty Beauty, we now have major luxury cosmetics brands, like Dior, following suit. And that is something to adore.&nbsp;
