Three models from the Felt Line in men's collection are made with eco-responsible materials.

The creative director, Virgil Abloh, continues to face the challenges of the contemporary world through an artistic vision that leads to the signature towards the reality of tomorrow that the conglomerate LVMH is proposing. Among its objectives is the goal of achieving 100% sustainable resource production by 2025, according to its LIFE360 plan.&nbsp;According to this goal, Louis Vuitton&#39;s autumn/winter 2021 ready-to-wear men&#39;s collection introduces three pieces that speak of new luxury, and one of them is responsible and sustainable.

Felt Line is inspired by a type of &quot;blanket in motion&quot;: a practical, comfortable and functional style. The pragmatic outlook on welcoming is fused with a sense of style, deeply tied to sustainable commitment. The Keepall, Keepall XS and Soft Trunk models embody the creativity of a fashion oriented towards the circular.

The luggage accessories are made with materials that meet both the sustainability criteria, as well as the excellence of quality and sophistication integrated into any creation of the firm.

Virgil Abloh proposes a new elaboration for the emblematic pieces that have been present since his first show with Louis Vuitton in 2018. The main material of his designs is now made with 43% certified organic cotton and 20% recycled wool, resulting in a jacquard that elevates the design of the pieces. The composition of the textile, varied and somewhat unpredictable, makes luxury even more exclusive with a unique design. All three models feature the iconic LV monogram pattern, which blurs and takes on an exciting irregularity, appearing and disappearing with the effect of the lurex thread applied to the textile.

The lining of the pieces is made with 100% recycled polyester , obtained from the same production cycle of the firm, thus maximizing the use of all its resources. The thoughtful design is supported by a creative strategy, where even the details with character and elements to style are also from recycled sources. The chains and corners of the bags, which make up a chromatic interplay with the jacquard, are made with an existing 70% plastic.&nbsp;As a final touch, the straps and handles comply with the most demanding environmental label for tanning, through a refined leather certified by LWG (Leather Working Group).

The Felt Line collection includes a long coat that accompanies the three luggage models on the sustainability journey that Abloh and Louis Vuitton have decided to undertake, which is reflected with the designer&#39;s signature on a leather patch on each piece.

That emblem will be the symbol of the new direction towards the future. The designer will continue with a holistic and ingenious approach in each collection that responds to the needs of today&#39;s world, always celebrating the beauty and creativity that transform the day-to-day experience.
