Model, businesswoman, beauty and sports advisor &mdash; Stacey Cooper reveals her achievement and well-being formula.

What are the highlights of your life that characterize your work and private life?
The highlights of my career and life in general this far have first and foremost been my four daughters and now grandchildren. As for my professional career, I would mention doing my first magazine cover at 16, winning the world title of Mrs Globe and representing The W.I.N. Foundation, receiving A Clio award with Michael J. Fox for Diet Pepsi, doing my first film with director John Hughes, as well as the continuation of my career that has brought me to this moment working with L&rsquo;Officiel magazine &mdash; gracing your cover at 62 years of age is definitely a highlight. I&rsquo;m feeling like I&rsquo;m just warming up for a new chapter to show people that quality and longevity of life are possible. I&rsquo;m working on a project that will allow me to share all my years of experience that brought me to this cover shoot.

You are Mrs. Globe, mom, grandmother, businesswoman, beauty and sports advisor &mdash; how do you find a healthy balance of all these roles?
My lifestyle helps me to find balance with my accomplishments. The things I do and have been doing are related to health and family in one way or another. For example, when I go to another country to host or judge a Mrs. Globe event, I always bring at least one of my daughters with me. We enjoy our time together and discover new places in our travels. I&rsquo;m always looking at ways to connect all aspects of my life together.
What is your main focus right now?
I&rsquo;m working on a project creating a method of helping people with the quality and longevity of their lives. It is one thing to live longer, we all want to, but it&rsquo;s more important to be able to move and do at the age of 90 what you can do at 60. Weight training, nutrition, stretching, keeping one&rsquo;s posture and, of course, taking care for our largest organ, our skin, are all key components to my method. I look forward to sharing all my wellbeing and life hacks.

Please tell us about your wellness routine, what are your daily habits?
My daily habits are water, water and more water! Sunscreen every day, clean eating and exercise of course. Sleep is also very important to help repair your mind and body. If you&rsquo;re not sleeping 7&ndash;8 hours a night, you should make a concerted effort to change that.
What do happiness and love mean to you?
Happiness and love mean family. I love our family dinners, it&rsquo;s a sure way to get everyone together. I cook in big pots, and everyone joins in. We laugh, eat, sing, tell stories, the little ones put on shows. We are a big family and I&rsquo;m grateful we love being together.

Tell us about your clothing style, how has it changed over time?
My clothing style has always been the same, &laquo;less is more&raquo; always keep it classy and simple. Elegance always wins. &laquo;Classic Elegant&raquo; would sum it up. I buy pieces I can wear any time and that applies to all my workout gear as well. I&rsquo;ve been wearing new shoes, Peluva. These are the best workout shoes I&rsquo;ve ever worn, they improve my foot health, frankly I&rsquo;m a little obsessed with them.
Do you have a favorite brand?
I don&rsquo;t have one favorite brand; I love CD Green at Bergdorf Goodman, his designs fit the body like no other. I love Victoria Beckham, TWP and Dolce &amp; Gabbana &mdash; they also fit my lifestyle and body shape.
What is your relationship with fragrances?
I love trying new fragrances and as you know the same fragrance can smell different on everyone. My go to fragrance at the moment is Delina by Parfum De Marley.

What personalities inspire you?
I prefer authentic personalities that are kind and want to make the world a better place for all. Taylor Swift writes and sings from her heart and has since she was a little girl. I admire her strength, honesty and dedication to staying true to herself. She is a role model, and she knows that. I wouldn&rsquo;t mind my daughters looking up to her.

Where do you feel the best?
Again, wherever my family is I always feel my best. My family does trips together a few times a year because everyone is in such busy times of their lives. But if I had to pick one particular location it would be South Florida. I love South Florida so much. I spent a large portion of my life growing up there and as an adult too. I moved back about 12 years ago full time and I feel so complete now. I love the balmy weather. I play a lot of sports so I&rsquo;m outdoors a lot. Florida is just perfect for me.
