While the Galeries Lafayette Champs Elysees opened their doors last March, <a href="https://www.lofficiel.be/food/jacquemus-vous-pouvez-desormais-dejeuner-chez-citron-galeries-lafayette" target="_blank">Jacquemus</a> took the opportunity to inaugurate in collaboration with Caviar Kaspia his first coffee: Lemon. Anthony Courteille from the bakery &quot;Sain&quot; signs the Viennese pastries, Jeffrey Cagnes from Stohrer, the pistachio custard and the rosemary tart, while the best pastry chef in the world C&eacute;dric Grolet revisits his famous fruits in trompe l&#39;oeil lemon version, with a meringue and marmalade heart.

On the occasion of the 2019 edition of <a href="https://www.lofficiel.be/deco/salone-del-mobile-2019-les-maisons-de-mode-investissent-le-salon" target="_blank">Salone del Mobile</a> in Milan, Raf Simons inaugurated his own caf&eacute; in collaboration with the Danish textile company Kvadrat . After leaving the artistic direction of <a href="https://www.lofficiel.be/mode/calvin-klein-et-la-fashion-week-c-est-fini" target="_blank">Calvin Klein in</a> late 2018, the Belgian designer is back, focusing this time on interior design. Asked by <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/ng-interactive/2019/apr/09/raf-simons-on-life-after-calvin-klein-ive-never-defined-myself-as-a-fashion-designer" target="_blank">The Guardian</a> , the creator confided on this change of course: &quot; I never defined myself as a fashion designer, perhaps because I never studied fashion. &quot; Under the leadership of the London spot Rochelle Canteen , the caf&eacute; serves him mainly to expose his textile work.

Designed by the architect Peter Marino , this place of character houses for one season a shop and a restaurant branded in the name of the house of Avenue Montaigne.
