London Fashion Week is, as always, different from Milan and Paris. The country’s designers are more distant from the perception of classic fashion, more influenced by the metropolitan and open London street style. The Spring and Summer Fashion Week of 2021 did not break the rules that were acceptable to them: as always, the designers presented the city’s culture-inspired, vivid, and sometimes even shocking collections. 

Although, of course, romantic, classic aesthetic lines remained in their side. Burberry, Christopher Kane and Victoria Beckham showed off their creative threads here.&nbsp;

Christopher Kane&#39;s collection is like a gallery of contemporary art. It has many colors, shapes, patterns, and most importantly, its specific style is extremely artistic and urban. Art appears on clothes in the literal sense of the word because their patterns look like painted material. They were created by the designer himself during the quarantine and transferred to clothing. The collection has many colors, glitter, and cuts are comfortable, structured and &quot;oversized&quot; type.

Designer Victoria Beckham has long secured a place at the top of minimalist style and smart dress code. This&nbsp;fashion house&nbsp;has quickly and confidently risen to the level of luxury, not because of the famous woman who stands behind the drawings of clothes, but because of quality, style and good taste. Next year&rsquo;s warm season, V. Beckham&rsquo;s collection doesn&rsquo;t have intricate cuts or whimsical shapes - any line of clothing can be worn both in the office and at a luxury event. It is dominated by long silhouettes, elongated shapes, body-tight designs. All of this creates carefree light combinations. And the interesting thing is that this time the color palette has appeared extremely bright colors that bring a bit of sexuality and London rebellion.

Paradoxically, although the presentation of the Burberry collection took place in the woods, its style was an absolute reflection of the city. The models wore urban attributes and combinations, i.e., blends of classic costume and street-style clothing. The details of casual wear dominated here: raincoats, bright drawings, denim details. In addition, a maritime motif became apparent - some models were decorated with nets or fisherman-style hats. Not only that, the obvious influence of the city can also be seen in the color palette: it is rich in bright orange and blue, with various patterns and inscriptions.

With the onset of the global COVID-19 pandemic, escaping to a natural haven provided psychological comfort to many people. For this reason, not only the already mentioned Burberry, but also the Erdem fashion house chose to repeat the emotion provided by nature security and freedom, whose models stepped on the tracks of the garden, which created a mystical mood, during the presentation of the collection.
