This legendary location is featured on the large 19th century Coromandel lacquered screen in the study of Gabrielle Chanel's apartment at 31 rue Cambon in Paris. A source of dreams and creativity, this screen nourished the couturière’s imagination. Now, it has inspired director Wim Wenders to make a short film shot between Paris and Hangzhou, starring CHANEL ambassador Tilda Swinton.
