When the red carpet unfolds in one of the most fashionable cities in the world, we stop and watch. Amid the layered history, flamboyant architecture, and modern, high-octane style of the old castle town, the stars of the movies take trendy steps at the 16th annual Rome Film Festival.
Always a Versace icon, Jolie wore a tailored Atelier Versace platinum dress with a flowing bodice and a classic metal mesh design. Holding hands with her daughters Zahara and Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, the star sparkled. Jolie's daughter Shiloh Jolie-Pitt also wore a Versace signature black mini dress matching her printed sneakers. Zahara Jolie-Pitt wore a white, Greek-inspired dress. Choosing Gucci for the premiere of "The Eyes of Tammy Faye," Jessica Chastain was bi-colored in a red and blue dress paired with a jeweled necklace. Gemma Chan chose Miss Sohee, a South Korean emerging designer, in a black velvet two-piece suit embellished with Swarovski crystals for the “Eternals” premiere. Chan completed the look with a matching headpiece embellished with crystals. Oscar-winning director Chloé ZhaoFor the movie “Eternals” she wore black Chanel boots and a multicolored tweed embroidered jacket from the Métiers d'Art 2020 collection. Josh O'Connor chose Loewe with his favorite designer, Jonathan Anderson, at the premiere of his movie "Mothering Sunday." O'Connor, whose style is defined by bringing a modern interpretation to men's traditional formal wear, wore a tailored black and white shirt combined with black trousers.
