Guerlain Brings Their Sustainable Fragrance Line

Going above and beyond in its duty to the conservation of nature in the name of beauty, Guerlain puts forth a reinvention of one of its fragrance collections. The Aqua Allegoria collection is reimagined to be at the forefront of Guerlain’s commitment to sustainable beauty – through a new scent and a new look. Here’s what we love about the brand’s new transformation.

There’s a new scent in town.

Guerlain’s latest addition to the cult-fave Aqua Allegoria collection is here — Nerolia Vetiver, a vibrant and luminous fruity-woody floral fragrance to compliment your fresh look. Inspired by the beautiful Mediterranean landscapes of Italy, this new scent is originally designed and crafted with the freshness of 95% natural ingredients including highlights of neroli, fig, basil, and vetiver. Think short walks on the beach or brunches with friends in the summertime — it is light, fresh, and deliciously aromatic.

In addition to the collection’s latest scent is Guerlain’s sustainable reinvention to its bottle. Since natural resources are ever so finite, Guerlain has committed to create sustainable supply chains so that 100% of the resources used for its iconic ingredients are easily traceable and renewable. The new Aqua Allegoria bottle is now made from 15% recycled glass and is completely redesigned to last long and be refillable so that you’d be able to refill your favorite Guerlain perfume as many times as you’d like.

Guerlain’s commitment to sustainability and protecting bees.

This huge move to sustainability is a part of Guerlain’s purpose — to preserve biodiversity, to create a positive social impact, and right at its heart, to protect bees. With the rising threat to the bee population, Guerlain has made it its duty to establish significant initiatives within the “Guerlain for Bees Conservation Programme” to raise awareness in the importance of protecting bees. Included in this program is Guerlain’s partnership with UNESCO through the “Women for Bees” program that both empowers women and promotes biodiversity.
