Benita Kaikarite (@aetaraa) is 24 years old. From the age of six she was engaged in artistic gymnastics, received relevant education in Australia and managed children's gymnastics studies in London. Currently Benita is a model who also works in cryptocurrency in a startup. She has also completed the music school piano class, manages five languages ​​and has been in 58 (!) countries. We bring to your attention &laquo;L'Officiel Latvia&raquo; conversation with a girl who can be proud of an amazing variety of talents.

What artistic gymnastics experience has given you physically and personally in terms of growth?
Gymnastics has developed physical strength, flexibility and coordination. It has also shaped my character, helping to cultivate self-discipline, sense of responsibility, organization, ability to work in a team, respect elders and adapt to a foreign environment.

How did the modeling profession come into your life? Which photo shoot you remember most vividly?
Modeling has never been my main goal, only the last years I have started to participate more often in clothing, jewelry and in advertisements for cosmetic brands. I am going to sign the contract soon with a well-known modeling agency. I hope in the nearest future it will be possible to judge my achievements in this area. The photo session on the island of Mykonos remains the most vivid in my mind. First of all, this island has magical energy, it is one of my favorite places in the world. Second, there was very hard to work due to heat and strong wind gusts &ndash; we were so close to be carried away by air, but we managed to stay strong and finish everything perfectly!

How did you manage to learn five languages?
I need languages ​​because I am a very social person, who likes to meet different cultures and nationalities. All five languages (*English, Spanish, Lithuanian, Russian and Italian) I learned watching movies, reading books, and above all, talking with people and asking them to correct my mistakes when necessary.

You have been to 58 countries. Please name three places on the world map that left the strongest impression!
Each place is special to me in some way, but if I had to choose the first would be Australia, where I had the opportunity to get to know its beauty closer during my studies. It is truly a different world with breathtaking scenery. In second place it would be Italy &ndash; no matter how many times I've been there, it always inspires and reveals new places worthy of admiration. I love everything about Italy: the bold culture, fashion, architecture, the food and nature. I don't like the cold and snow, but I really liked Finland, where I saw the northern lights for the first time in my life &ndash; it's a real show of sky lights with a miraculous interplay of tones.

A country you haven't been to yet, but where you would really like to go?
Japan. The culture of this country is so different from the usual that you really want to get to know it better. In general, I would like to visit all the countries of the world. I believe that getting to know different cultures is one of the best opportunities to develop your emotional intelligence.

What beauty products do you use on flights and what do you take with you to explore warm countries?
I have realized that it is best to travel without any makeup. I always carry moisturizing sheet masks (like 111Skin), L'Occitane or Aesop hand cream and eye drops. If I have to go somewhere right after a flight, I use Jane Iredale mineral cosmetic, Anastasia Beverly Hills bronzer and Gisou lip oil with honey. In warm countries, I always use Esthederm sunscreens for the face and d&eacute;collet&eacute;, as well as oil to moisturize the skin after swimming in salt water. My favorite is Monoi De Tahiti &ndash; it smells fantastic and I also use it on my hair. I also use the Laneige moisturizing lip mask.

You are engaged with music. What tunes are you listening now?
My music selection varies from afrobeat and hip-hop to classical music. Let's say the alarm clock plays Claire de Lune every morning, written by one of my favorite composers, Claude Debussy.

How do you manage to get everything done? Do you live according to a strict plan or impulsive steps?
I believe that daily rituals are a prerequisite for a happy and balanced life, and I always plan the next day. However, I also enjoy spontaneity and travel which keeps a healthy balance in life as routine can get too monotonous. I believe that the more we do, the more we can achieve.

How would you describe your style? What are your favorite brands?
On a daily basis, I prefer basic and nude shades, but on sunny holidays I like to liven up my wardrobe with different color accents. When I can't decide what to wear, I choose a stylish black dress or straight-cut pants with a turtleneck sweater. I love Christian Dior, Herm&egrave;s and Chanel bags, Giuseppe Zanotti, Amina Muaddi and Rene Caovilla shoes, Van Cleef &amp; Arpels and Audemars Piguet jewelry and watches, Zimmermann, Missoni and David Koma clothes and of course Zara and Massimo Dutti. I really like to dress properly; it increases my self-confidence.

What is your dream?
In general, I am a dreamer, I indulge in my dreams every day. However, the first thing that comes to mind is a successful business that brings me joy and encourages me to improve myself on a daily basis. And definitely family, I really want to become a wife and mother. I still dream of world peace, happiness and a comfortable life for everyone.
